Antalis takes over Canadian Lovepac Group

Antalis has acquired the Lovepac Group. The market leader in customised protective packaging operates two sites in Québec, Canada (Montreal and Courcelles) and one in Mexico (Guadalajara).

Antalis has acquired the Lovepac Group. The market leader in the field of customised protective packaging operates two locations in Québec, Canada (Montreal and Courcelles) and one in Mexico (Guadalajara).

Since its foundation in 2002, Lovepac has been developing and producing Customised industrial packaging (corrugated cardboard boxes, foam, customised wooden crates and pallets) and has over 20 years of specific expertise in the aviation, pharmaceutical, medical, food and high-tech sectors.

Antalis, already well established in Latin America, is further expanding its presence in the North American packaging market. Following the acquisition of Gosuma in Spain a few months ago iLovepac Group is the second acquisition of 2023, following the acquisitions of the BB Pack Group in Germany and the Cohal Group in Spain in 2022.
