Antalis has acquired TecnoPrimaF S.r.l.. The company, which has five sites in Italy, specialises in the production and distribution of wooden packaging and corrosion protection solutions for industrial customers.
TecnoPrimaF was founded in 1988 and is recognised in the industry for the development and manufacture of protective and constructive industrial packaging solutions. For more than 30 years, the company has developed specific expertise in various sectors, focussing on wooden packaging and corrosion protection solutions with its well-known VCI Force brand. The current acquisition makes Antalis the market leader for these customised packaging solutions on the Italian market.
The fact that TecnoPrimaF is now part of Antalis marks a further milestone on the Group's international growth path and is the logical consequence of further successful Acquisitions of renowned packaging specialists and distributors throughout Europe.
