Antalis bundles Central European business

Antalis, the European wholesaler for paper, packaging solutions and visual communication, has merged its corporate structures in Germany, Austria and Switzerland under a single management. Astrid Voss has been appointed Managing Director of the newly formed Central Europe cluster.

With the merger, Antalis is pursuing the goal of utilising synergies in the business areas and optimising processes. According to the company, the decision strengthens its market position in the region and creates the basis for further growth. Voss has many years of management experience in the Antalis Group and most recently headed Antalis Verpackungen GmbH in Germany and Austria. In her new role, she will assume overall responsibility for Central Europe and will also join the Group's Executive Committee.

New management structure with financial responsibility

At the same time, Dr Andreas Kirschkamp will take on the role of Cluster Finance Director and remain Managing Director of the Austrian and German business units. His experience in finance and management functions will ensure continuity in the management of processes.

„With the new management structure, we are creating the basis for systematically expanding our market position in Central Europe. The pooling of expertise and resources allows us to provide our customers with an even more comprehensive service portfolio and at the same time utilise efficiency potential,“ explained Voss.

Thanks to Dieter Becker

With the reorganisation, Antalis is also bidding farewell to Dieter Becker, who has served as Managing Director of the Middle Europe cluster in recent years. He played a decisive role in shaping the development of the region and realised important integration steps. Antalis would like to thank Becker for his many years of commitment and successful co-operation.
