After 25 years, Andreas Hauf is leaving Antalis Verpackungen GmbH in December. For six years, he was at the helm of the company together with Thilo Konig. His successors will now stabilise the growth course and drive forward the further development of AVP, which is necessary due to strong pressure for change. To this end, Thilo König and Bernd Reckmann will form the future management duo.
The outgoing Managing Director Andreas Hauf is leaving an innovative and dynamic company in the packaging industry. This is not only evident in product development, the change towards an even stronger Consultancy and service companybut also in the current orientation in terms of Sustainability. In the 25 years that Andreas Hauf has worked at Antalis Verpackungen, a lot has been done.
"Like many companies, Antalis Verpackungen is also experiencing strong pressure to change - both economically and sustainably," explains Antalis Group Packaging Director Thilo König. "The last few years have shown that how important a strategy and vision supported by all employees is for further development and growth. of AVP in the coming years." Against this backdrop, the new management duo of Thilo König and Bernd Reckmann have set out to promote the company's growth.
This means that the reorganisation is also a decision towards future viability, as there are major challenges ahead. The challenges for example in new, rapidly growing business areas or as also on the topic of sustainability in the packaging industry. "The exponential growth of the mail order business with the resulting challenges, the cultural change and an extensive sustainability process have already been started internally. And we not only have the future of the company in mind, but also the next generations," says König, summarising the future mix of dynamism and stability.
