
Antalis has signed an agreement to acquire the BB Pack Group, a provider of packaging solutions specialising in the e-commerce sector.
Antalis has made a binding offer to acquire the BB Pack Group in Germany BB Pack, cr8 Packaging and Printmate - which Antalis intends to use to expand its presence in the fast-growing packaging market. The offer is subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent, including the approval of the German competition authority.
With a consolidated Turnover of 42 million euros in 2021 is the BB Pack Group a packaging distributor specialising in the e-commerce sector, offering a wide range of packaging materials, design and customised printing solutions.
