With the TrojanLabel T4 digital all-in-one colour label printing machine, AstroNova GmbH is expanding its product range towards digitally printed and inline die-cut labels for professional label manufacturers.
The Trojan T4 is a digital all-in-one colour label printing machine with a robust digital colour printing unit and an integrated finishing station that can be operated intuitively via the TrojanControl touchscreen. With a flexible print width of 51 - 223 mm, the modern digital inkjet printing machine prints, laminates, cuts and die-cuts brilliant 4-colour labels with a resolution of up to 1600 x 1600 dpi, at a speed of up to 18 metres per minute.
TrojanLabel T4 - smart, efficient and compact
One of the key factors that make the T4 a smart and efficient colour label printer is the Replaceable print head. The T4 is expandable with the latest printing technology and thus designs the Cost-effective and flexible retrofitting. According to the company, the economical use of the new ink formula consumes around 50 - 70 % less than comparable technologies on the market. In addition to the economical use of the new ink, the colour and light fastness of the labels has been improved threefold. The labels are also available in Food industry ready for use. The semi-rotary and fully rotary die-cutting device also allows the production of die-cut blank labels at a speed of up to 32 or 50 metres per minute.
The Trojan T4 also enables short production cycles and can therefore be used efficiently in environments with frequent setup changes with minimal downtime and optimised profitability. The T4 can be used particularly efficiently for the production of small label series and labels with frequently changing print content.
As a compact (1.4 m x 2.3 m x 1.5 m) all-in-one solution for label production, the T4 is fast, reliable and easy to operate and requires less than 3.5 m² of floor space. With high-resolution and durable digital printing on various materials, die-cutting function in stand-alone operation or in combination with the laminating station and finishing, the T4 is a compact and economical label finishing system.
