Digitally controlled processes from the field to the corporate management level are aimed at achieving faster, more efficient and more reliable production. Innovative technologies and pioneering processes that accompany this trend will be on show. One of the most interesting developments from Bausch+Ströbel is the B+S Omnia product: a central platform for everything to do with the company's production systems, which offers turnkey integration into higher-level systems and a variety of digital services from the day of delivery. In the event of a machine alarm, Omnia displays all the necessary information to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. This information is directly accessible via the machine operating terminal.

A wide range of applications from GMP and process monitoring to advanced efficiency and maintenance analyses can be easily implemented. Omnia XR is the official addition to the module family in the field of virtual machine training: Operators can familiarise themselves with their machine equipment and the associated processes in a virtual environmentanytime, from anywhere and even before the machine is delivered (image). All that is needed is a wireless VR headset.
