Neopac has appointed Bernd Steiner as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and member of the Executive Management Team with effect from 18 August 2025. In this role, he will be responsible for the strategic development and management of Neopac's global sales activities.
With more than 30 years of experience in the plastics and packaging industry, Bernd Steiner brings an impressive track record in international sales management, business development and customer-centred solution strategies. His ability to drive sustainable growth and adapt sales strategies to changing market demands will be instrumental in supporting Neopac's global expansion.
Bernd Steiner succeeds the previous Sales Manager Martina Christiansen, who will retire in spring 2026. In her 16 years in this role, she has made a decisive contribution to expanding the company's market presence in Europe, the USA and Asia.
