This is what e-commerce and omnichannel business models are all about, process as many items as possible per hour in as small an area as possible. Pouch sorters offer many advantages here - from sorting, sequencing and intermediate buffering to allocation to workstations. The BG Pouch System for warehousing and distribution is able to, Sequence and sort 10,000 bags per hour. With a maximum bag capacity of seven kilograms, the scalable bag sorter covers a wide range of items, including garments on hangers (GOH). In order to achieve the best possible combination of floor space and height utilisation, the system relies on an 80° angle of infeed and outfeed to and from the workstation.
