Beer can probably hardly be bottled faster than at the Bischofshof brewery

At the Bischofshof brewery and the Weltenburg monastery brewery, beer will in future be bottled using the „Dynafill“. The filling and capping system only needs a total of five seconds to process a beer bottle. According to Krones, this is twice as fast as was previously the case.

At the Bischofshof brewery and the Weltenburg monastery brewery, beer will in future be bottled using the integrated „Dynafill“ filling and capping system. According to the manufacturer Krones, this is one of the fastest systems on the market.

Only half a second is needed for a „Dynafill“ the Krones AG to order a bottle of Beer to fill. This means that the filling and capping system from the Neutraubling-based company definitely gets the barley juice into the container faster than even the most talented drinker could finish it.

These Processing speed of the Dynafill is unique in the world, announces Krones. Including the capping process, a beer bottle takes five seconds to process. Conventional processes take twice as long.

Filling and capping in one functional unit ensures high beer quality

Through the Filling and Locking The bottling specialist explains that the quality of the filled beer is ensured by sealing the beer bottles in a functional unit. By closing the bottle in the sealed chamber of the Functional unit This eliminates the need for open transport of the bottle between the filler and capper. The Oxygen uptake in the bottle is minimised to such an extent that the beer retains its fresh taste even after long periods of storage.

With the Bischofshof Brewery, which is celebrating its 370th anniversary this year, Krones has gained another customer. In future, the Bischofshof beers and the beers of the Weltenburg Monastery Brewery filled with the Dynafill. The system was put into operation at the beginning of April.

Thomas Ricker, Sales Director at Krones AG, described Bischofshof's decision to use the Dynafill as a „courageous endeavour“ in his speech. „We at Krones greatly appreciate this,“ he assured.
