Bizerba, a provider of weighing solutions, cutting machines and labelling systems, has acquired the Italian service provider Electronic Service Italia S.r.l., based in Bovolone, in order to expand its service expertise in Italy.
ESI, founded in 1999, is a established service provider in the areas of weighing systems, labelling systems and label printers, barcode readers, image processing systems for industry and RFID technology.
Like Bizerba, ESI stands for high quality with UNI-EN-ISO-9001 certification (since 2004), continuous improvement for the increasing and ever more complex market requirements and for optimum after-sales support to ensure efficient installation, a Prompt diagnosis and cost transparency guarantee.
The company name of ESI will remain Electronic Service Italia S.r.l. and the Managing Director Paolo Padovani will continue to run the business in close co-operation with Mauro Tremolada, Managing Director of Bizerba Italy.
As of 1 August 2019, ESI will become part of the Bizerba Group and will be managed by the long-standing subsidiary Bizerba Italy and integrated into the Group.
