Bizerba has now announced the launch of its new CleanCut® Linerless Solution. The complete solution consists of linerless labels and a new labelling system.
The sustainable and user-friendly solution enables labelling with linerless labels in full and C-wrapping. Up to 90 per cent more labels on a roll.
This allows downtimes of the GLM-levo CleanCut labelling system due to roll changes. At the same time, thanks to the reduced adhesive coating of the CleanCut® Linerless labels significantly fewer blade cleanings. The Knife cuts precisely through the adhesive-free zones of the label and therefore pollutes less.
Thanks to the even application of the adhesive, the linerless rolls can also be used right up to the core - the This means that the machine can work continuously.
CleanCut for flexible packaging concepts
