At this year's Anuga FoodTec, Bizerba will be presenting hardware and software solutions relating to the topic of „Digitise Packaging“. Its tasks include providing answers to the challenges of digital transformation. The focus will also be on devices for secure and traceable labelling as well as multifunctional labels.
In order to reduce costs and increase productivity, many companies are turning to the digitalisation of their processes. New processes such as predictive maintenance and corresponding software are of crucial importance here. In this context, Bizerba presents solutions such as the Bizerba Cloud Platform. Machine data recorded by sensors can be used to create a virtual image of the system in the cloud, where it can be analysed in real time. This makes it possible to recognise weak points at an early stage and notify a service team if necessary.
Focus on customer benefits
The intelligent and networked GLM-Ievo price and product labelling system is available in various versions, which can be optimally configured for products and performance requirements in the food sector thanks to their modular design. Features such as the plug-in label function and the quality check inside create additional benefits for customers.
Also presented are the BRAIN2 Software Control Centre and a „Sensor rack“, on which disturbance variables are simulated. Vision systems such as the PackSecure L are also on the programme at this year's trade fair. Special attention will be paid to the detection of contamination in the seal seam. Examples on site will demonstrate how customers can protect their products in the best possible way.
