At Austro Vin Tulln, Bluhm Systeme presents its labelling technology specifically for the requirements of the wine and beverage industry. The trade fair is regarded as the central industry meeting point for winegrowing companies, wineries and regional beverage producers in Austria.
Bluhm Systeme will be demonstrating how labelling technology can be efficiently integrated into filling and packaging lines and how it contributes to process reliability, traceability and a smooth production process. The company will be presenting its Legi-Air 4050B with an electric 90-degree rotary applicator. Thanks to its compact design, the modular label pressure dispenser can be easily integrated into existing filling and packaging lines and works with significantly reduced compressed air requirements. A total of three different electric applicator variants are available. This makes the Legi-Air 4050B a flexible and energy-efficient labelling system for labelling cartons, transport packaging and shipping and logistics labels.

Thanks to its in-house label production, Bluhm Systeme also offers a wide range of different label variants that meet the special requirements of the beverage industry in terms of adhesion, moisture resistance and food safety. Whether individual product labels or blank labels for dispatch labelling, Bluhm Systeme supplies the perfect label solution for every filling and packaging line. Different materials and formats cover the entire range for labelling bottles, cartons and pallets.
Inkjet printer for variable printing on glass, PET or labels
The Linx 8920, a continuous inkjet printer for variable data such as bottling or best-before dates, impresses in the direct printing sector. The printer is ideally suited to the conditions of beverage and wine production, as it works stably in humid environments and produces easily legible print images on glass, PET, metal or labels. It is designed for high line speeds and delivers consistently high print quality.
Labelling technologies for wine and beverages from a single source
In addition to the exhibits on show, Bluhm Systeme offers a comprehensive portfolio of labelling technologies for the wine and beverage industry. This includes high-resolution inkjet printers that apply variable data - depending on the system, also in large print - directly to bottles, crown caps or cans, as well as laser markers that enable abrasion-resistant labelling without consumables. The range is complemented by a broad spectrum of labelling solutions for containers, cartons, pallets and transport packaging.
