On 6 November 2019, Bobst hosted the first Packaging Masterclass event for brand manufacturers and employees of retail companies at its Swiss headquarters near Lausanne.
A team of experts will provide a high-level overview of the Techniques for packaging production from design to finished product, addressing topics such as consistent quality, sustainability, production times and e-commerce. The discussions are aimed at both the Pressure as well as the Further processing and a range of digital and conventional technologies for the production of labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons and corrugated board packaging.

Participants are trained at a high level
Packaging Masterclass is aimed at branded goods manufacturers and employees of retail companies from all departments (e.g. procurement, marketing, brand management, R&D) who may not have been working in their role for very long or who are at home in the world of packaging and need a good insight into the industry want to receive. The event will provide a highly qualified, non-technical and non-commercial training programme within one day. Overview of the topic of packaging will take place. Participants will be able to exchange ideas with experts and have the opportunity to visit the impressive Bobst Competence Centre, where they can see the latest innovations in action.
