With Klara and Friederike Boltersdorf, the eighth generation joins the management of Brohl Wellpappe. The company is thus focussing on long-term stability and innovation.
Brohl Wellpappe GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its management team and focussing on continuity in family management. Klara Boltersdorf joined the management team in July 2024, followed by Friederike Boltersdorf on 1 January 2025. This means that the eighth generation of the entrepreneurial family is actively involved in the corporate strategy.
„Our company has been firmly rooted in the region for generations. We look forward to continuing this tradition and continuing to make a strong contribution to the regional economy.“
Friederike Boltersdorf
Managing Partner Maximilian Boltersdorf will oversee the transition and ensure that the generational changeover runs smoothly, according to the statement.
New impetus through strong competences
Klara Boltersdorf, 37 years old, studied business administration in Mönchengladbach, specialising in the textile trade, and gained experience as head of the procurement logistics department at ABOUT YOU.
Friederike Boltersdorf, 33, has a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, accounting and finance from Rotterdam and St. Gallen. She previously worked in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon and supported the IPO of ABOUT YOU, among others.
„The decision to take over was easy for us because our fathers managed the company with foresight and set it up perfectly for the future. Thanks to the strong foundation, this doesn't feel like a new start, but rather like a natural continuation.“
