Busch Vacuum Solutions, Pfeiffer Vacuum and centrotherm clean solutions form the new Busch Group. More than 8,000 employees in 45 countries worldwide work for the group, which has a consolidated annual turnover of almost 2 billion euros. By combining the expertise of Busch Vacuum Solutions in low and medium vacuum applications, the industry-leading high vacuum and leak detection technology of Pfeiffer Vacuum and the sustainable exhaust gas purification systems of centrotherm clean solutions, the Busch Group can Comprehensive solutions and services for all industrial sectors offer. This strengthens the Busch Group as a full-service provider that can offer a comprehensive product portfolio for all customer needs and opens up an even better customer experience for the entire customer base.

Centrotherm clean solutions has its headquarters in Blaubeuren and can look back on over thirty years of experience in the design of technologically leading exhaust gas purification systems for the semiconductor industry.
