Antalis has announced the acquisition of Spanish packaging specialist Plaesa. This acquisition expands Antalis' offering in technical packaging solutions and supports the company's growth strategy in the Iberian Peninsula.

Antalis has taken a further step in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Plaesa. Expansion strategy in Spain completed. Plaesa, a family business founded in 1983, offers customised packaging solutions and serves customers in industries such as manufacturing, medical, defence and retail. With 38 employees and an annual turnover of 6 million euros, Plaesa is well established in the provinces of Madrid and Toledo.

The acquisition enables Antalis to expand its portfolio of innovative and environmentally friendly packaging solutions to expand further. Hervé Poncin, CEO of the Antalis Group, emphasised that this acquisition will enable Antalis to expand its offering in the Iberian Peninsula.
