CABKA stands for one of the world's most comprehensive portfolios of plastic pallets and large-volume pallet boxes. The company will be showcasing innovative load carriers made from recycled plastic: highlights include the new CP3 and CP9 pallets, which expand the portfolio of chemical pallets and will be presented to interested parties for the first time at FachPack.
Chemical pallets were originally developed specifically for the industry by a co-operation between the German Chemical Industry Association and the Association of Plastic Manufacturers in Europe. Transport of chemical goods designed and developed.
In a guideline, the associations defined nine types of chemical pallets with exact specifications for appearance and workmanship. However, these are now also popular in numerous other sectors due to their high quality standards.
In addition to the Eco P3, a further developed plastic pallet based on the CP7, Cabka-IPS now also offers variants of the container-optimised CP3 and CP9 models. The models are characterised by their innovative design Particularly light and yet Very stable and impact-resistant.
The CP3 is a Three-skid pallet made from recycled polyolefin with dimensions of 1,140 millimetres long, 1,140 millimetres wide, 150 millimetres high and a weight of around 12.5 kilograms. The pallet was developed for dynamic load capacities of 1,400 kilograms and Optimised for container loading.
With a weight of only 14 kilograms, the CP9 is largely similar in design to the CP3, but it is a Double deck pallet, also made from recycled polyolefin. Thanks to its design with five runners, it is even more stable than the CP3 and can carry static loads of up to 2,800 kilograms. Its design makes it particularly suitable for Block stacking, because the support frame distributes the weight optimally to the load underneath.
