The Karl Knauer Group is announcing a change in its management team. The previous Managing Director of Karl Knauer Poland, Karolina Matysiak, is leaving the company for health reasons.
She has worked at the Polish site for over 22 years and has played a key role in the development of the Polish plant in recent years with great commitment and motivation, according to reports. She was bid farewell with gratitude for her valuable contribution and best wishes for her health.
Looking to the future, the managing directors of the Biberach parent company, Marco Manna and Nicki Eberle, will also take over the management of the Polish subsidiary.
As a qualified industrial engineer and tax consultant Marco Manna extensive expertise and years of experience in auditing and industry. He joined the company as a financial expert in 2020. He quickly took over other administrative areas with great commitment and as a valued team player and has been responsible for the commercial management of Karl Knauer KG, Biberach, since 2024.
Nicki Eberle joined the management team in 2022 as Head of Production. Thanks to his Master of Engineering degree and his diverse professional experience in industry-related companies, he quickly provided important impetus. As a technician with strong leadership skills paired with a business management focus, he has been responsible for technical management since 2024.
