André Frohnert took over as Managing Director of REA Elektronik on 1 January 2025 and will play a key role in shaping the future direction and development of the company in this position.
The graduate industrial engineer specialising in mechanical engineering brings international Expertise in sustainable business development and agile approaches to corporate management. His career to date has taken him from his previous position as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Poly-clip System GmbH to the commercial management of REA Elektronik in spring 2024.
Frohnert is particularly characterised by his modern management style, combined with traditional values, a deep understanding of corporate processes and organisation and tried-and-tested financial knowledge. His in-depth expertise in the management of operating units and his experience in private equity and family-run companies make him a valuable addition to REA Elektronik.
Together with owner Wolfgang Pauly, André Frohnert keep the company on course for innovation. Michael Neuschäfer, who has made a significant contribution to the company's success as Managing Director since 2008, is handing over the baton. Under his leadership, REA Elektronik has experienced impressive growth. He will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
