Following the successful merger of Arjobex and MDV, industry leaders in speciality materials for labels, packaging and graphic applications, the new group adopts the name Polyart - in reference to its global brand - to support its new ambitions and accelerate its international development.

Polyart utilises the foundations and commonalities of all the companies in the group: Versatility, agility and the ability to develop innovative solutions. The company offers film and paper solutions for the industrial labelling market (chemicals, food, horticulture, pharmaceuticals, etc.), for decorative applications (especially wines and spirits) and for security labels (brand protection) - a global market that is growing by ten percent annually - but also for digital printing, labelling and customised coatings.

Polyart achieved growth of 20 per cent in 2021 to over €70 million in sales, of which 70 per cent in Europe, 20 per cent in the USA and ten per cent in Asia. Building on this new momentum, the European industry leader intends to further consolidate the sector with the support of its shareholders Prudentia Capital and Indigo Capital and accelerate its development in the United States with the production site in Charlotte, North Carolina, and in Asia with the opening of a subsidiary in India in early 2022.
