Changes to the Supervisory Board at Heidelberg

Dr Fritz Oesterle and Ferdinand Rüesch will retire from the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in the coming financial year.

Dr Fritz Oesterle and Ferdinand Rüesch will step down from the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in the coming financial year. The company is now looking for a suitable successor.

The Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg), there will be changes on the shareholder side in the coming 2024/2025 financial year. Dr Fritz Oesterle will not stand for a further term of office due to reaching the age limit. His appointment will end at the end of the Annual General Meeting on 25 July 2024, at which point Ferdinand Rüesch will also leave the Board. He has informed the Supervisory Board that he wishes to retire and gradually step down from all positions. He will hand over his role in Sales at the Gallus Group at the end of the calendar year.

„After more than 40 years in the printing industry, I would like to devote more time to my family at the age of 65. Heidelberg has developed well in recent years despite major challenges. The Management Board has introduced the right strategic measures to successfully face the changes in the printing industry and also to achieve financial progress.“

The Annual General Meeting in July 2024 will decide on the successors for the positions of Mr Rüesch and Dr Oesterle on the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG.
