The Heilbronn-based cutting-die manufacturer Marbach can now deliver its bestseller, the mplaten|cleaner platen cleaning device, even faster. Thanks to optimisations in the supply chain, the new Marbach device, for which there were delivery problems in the meantime due to high demand, can now be delivered within a very short time.

The die-cutting platen cleaning device is currently available in two versions. One for cardboard packaging and one for corrugated board die-cutting machines.
Bülow„As there are numerous punching machines with different dimensions on the market, we initially designed the mplaten|cleaner for the most common machines available on the market. Following its great success, we are currently in the process of developing further versions so that the benefits of the mplaten|cleaner can be utilised on all standard punching machines.“
The mplaten|cleaner can be used to remove dirt and rust from the platen of a punching machine and smooth out any unevenness. This significantly minimises the amount of set-up work and reduces the punching pressure. The service life of the tool is extended and the punching result is positively influenced by the clean platen. Customers benefit from excellent performance and increased productivity in their punching processes. Cleaning with the mplaten|cleaner usually takes less than an hour. This cleaning ensures that the productivity of the die-cutting machine increases. This means that the mplaten|cleaner pays for itself very quickly for users.
