Koelnmesse combines food and food technology

Bastian Mingers, Head of the Food Division at Koelnmesse, is also taking over the Food Technology Division. Koelnmesse is thus restructuring its Food and Food Technology divisions and bringing both units together under one management.

In addition to his previous nutrition division, Bastian Mingers will take over the Head of the Food Technology Division at Koelnmesse take over. He succeeds Claire Steinbrück, who is leaving Koelnmesse at her own request.

Bastian Mingers has been working for Koelnmesse for two and a half years. As Head of the Nutrition Division, the 41-year-old has been responsible for responsible for the Anuga events, the ISM confectionery trade fair and the associated foreign portfolio. As the new Head of the Nutrition Technology division, he will also assume responsibility for the events ProSweets Cologne, Anuga FoodTec and Anuga HORIZON. Before joining Koelnmesse, the qualified marketing expert worked for Messe Düsseldorf for eleven years, most recently as Global Head Wine & Spirit.
