Meinders & Elstermann expands its Meo Media brand by integrating updruck and up packaging, thereby adding modern folding carton and packaging production to its portfolio.
As at 01 February 2024 Meinders & Elstermann acquired the business divisions of the insolvent companies Unger & Pauselius Ihre Drucker GmbH and up packaging GmbH as part of an asset deal. While updruck was integrated into the existing Meo Media brand, up packaging, which specialises in high-quality packaging solutions, is now visible as the new Meo Packaging brand. Both Locations in Hameln will remain.
The company's strategic direction is clear: Meinders & Elstermann is a leading player in its field thanks to a very modern machinery We are ideally placed to provide capacities for medium and large print runs in a very short space of time. In addition to offset printing, the Focus on digital printing, mailing and packaging as well as logistics and fulfilment in the alignment is decisive.
