At Cosmopack in Bologna, the Marchesini Group will be showcasing a complete solution for filling and packaging perfumes, among other things.
To meet the demands of the market, the Beauty Division of the Marchesini Group has invested in the development and production of Complete solutions for liquids of different viscosities including foundation, mascara and, above all, perfumes. According to the company, this follows a current market trend: the complete line has a versatile filling machine, a vertical cartoner for packaging the bottles and an automatic repackaging machine for several product types.
A lot of space is also given to technologies for Production of creams and raw materials dedicated. The turbo emulsifiers of various sizes and capacities from Axomatic and Dumek - both companies in the Marchesini Group - are suitable for the needs of small manufacturers, for example, and can also be used in large industrial plants. Also on display will be a filling line for cosmetics that can process different types of bottles and was developed by Axomatic and Vibrotech in close co-operation. The range will be complemented by a monobloc bottle filling and capping machine from Rejves Machinery.
A lipstick machine from Cosmatic will also be on show at the trade fair, which is equipped with silicone moulds, but is also available with metal moulds that correspond to the new trend towards products with natural ingredients.
Last but not least, an area will be dedicated to Auteco's software services and the vision systems developed by SEA Vision. SEA Vision will present its end-to-end traceability solution for quality assurance of cosmetics as well as a demonstration of its vision systems. the world's first AI system for the automatic quality control of lipsticks during production.
