Constantia Flexibles strengthens its market position with the acquisition of a majority stake in Aluflexpack AG. The strategic merger expands the product portfolio in the area of flexible packaging.
Constantia Flexibles, the global manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, announces the successful acquisition of a majority stake in Aluflexpack AG. Aluflexpack, based in Reinach, Switzerland, is one of Europe's leading suppliers of customised flexible packaging for the food and pharmaceutical industries and employs around 1,700 people in nine countries.
