Design awards for label printers from Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta has received the iF Design Award 2023 and the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2023 for its AccurioLabel 400 label printer.

Konica Minolta has received two industry awards for the innovative AccurioLabel 400 label printer: the iF Design Award 2023 and the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2023. 

The iF International Forum Design is the longest established independent design organisation in the world. Every year, it selects outstanding designs; this year, more than 11,000 applications were received from 56 countries and regions. The Red Dot Award is one of the largest design competitions in the world, The Red Dot label has established itself internationally as a coveted seal of quality for good design. 

In both cases, the judges praised the design of the Konica Minolta label printing press, which is characterised by its Automatic colour correction technology and ease of use, which requires no special expertise, can reduce downtime. These latest awards follow the receipt of the Good Design Award 2022, sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion.

The AccurioLabel 400 label printer is characterised by numerous automation functions that optimise the entire printing process and thus increase operational efficiency. It also enables an extended range of applications thanks to a fifth colour station with white toner and improved productivity thanks to fast print speeds of up to 39.9 metres per minute.
