SEA Vision will present innovations at Achema focussing on research into the integration of artificial intelligence in pharmaceutical solutions. The company will also showcase a redesigned user interface that focuses on web accessibility, app-specific features and customisation to improve user experience and usability.
SEA Vision introduces „a-eye clearance“, a automated, AI-driven solution that increases the efficiency and security of handling processes. a-eye clearance combines AI algorithms with industrial cameras to simultaneously inspect packaging rooms and multiple pieces of equipment. Through AI integration, the solution optimises changeovers and ensures that packaging lines are 100% cleared of leftovers from previous batches and ready for new production with unparalleled precision and speed.
At Achema 2024, a-eye clearance makes its debut beyond single machine applications. It manages complete lines, such as a vial line consisting of two machines that are seamlessly connected to the Yudoo Pharma Software Suite.

SEA Vision's dedicated team of experts will discuss the latest key concepts in detail with visitors.
One system is the Databox, which enables the precise crimping of vials on a crimping machine from the Marchesini Group guaranteed. Recent improvements to the system's optical structure and algorithms have optimised the Accuracy of crimp control maximised.
Another highlight is the OCVMulti system, which combines various Syringe inspections on a magnetic transport module is made possible. This system offers the advantage that SEA Vision can simulate different product positions and movements under the cameras, reflecting real-life scenarios of packaging machines. This allows SEA Vision to demonstrate its systems efficiently and effectively in different simulated layouts. The demo station at the show will include various control systems for disposable syringes.
Thanks to the compact design of this demo station, visitors can experience various syringe and component integrity tests live, whereby Simulates different stages of packaging or assembly can be used. Visitors can observe how OCVMulti recognises whether a glass syringe has a broken flange. It also checks whether the stopper is screwed on correctly and whether there is any residual air between the stopper and the liquid - critical assessments for product quality. This demonstration also enables realistic test scenarios for customer products in an authentic environment.

At Achema 2024, SEA Vision will present Tracker on the Marchesini Group Labeller SL-A210 with labelling unit for tamper-evident seals. Tracker is the level 1 pharmaceutical serialisation solution capable of, Runtime checks of serialised codes printed on serialised pharmaceutical packaging and to perform parent-child aggregation operations.
Finally, the solution enables communication with all regulatory authorities to meet all serialisation requirements that exist in the various markets, including Tatmeen, DSCSA, NHRA and others.
The integration of SEA Vision into the Marchesini SL-A210 improves workflows and Increases productivity through customised hardware components, including HMIs and miniaturised cameras. The integrated software ensures efficient handling of post-processing and scrap management and streamlines the processes of post-processing activities and scrap decommissioning, thanks to the powerful software logic integrated into the machine.
No discussion about Industry 4.0 is complete without yudoo - the platform that Seamlessly connects automation devices, machines, IT and control systems. This comprehensive platform manages pharmaceutical production, analyses data to gain actionable insights and improves traceability to improve OEE. In the full version, yudoo offers Functions for the management of production lines, the integration of the existing Track & Trace architecture for serialisation management, OEE performance analyses in real time and enhanced KPIs based on business intelligence tools.
