At SPS 2024 in Nuremberg, Dunkermotoren will be presenting the STL line for applications in the food industry for the first time, while MAE will be focussing on local production and new electronics solutions. Both brands will be showcasing innovative motor and controller technologies for precise drive solutions.

Dunkermotors and MAE, both brands of Ametek, present on the PLC 2024 will be presenting its latest developments in the field of drive technology. With the new STL line, Dunkermotoren is introducing a Robust drive solution which is particularly suitable for the food industry. The stainless steel housings of the STL motors are Chemically resistant to aggressive cleaning agents and fulfil protection class IP69K. The modular design of the STL line enables the integration of long-life DC servomotors, making the line a customisable complete solution for industrial applications.

Dunkermotoren is expanding its range of BLDC motors with the compact BGA 22 motor, which can be combined with components such as the PLG 22 HT gearbox and the BGE5510 dPro 4-quadrant controller. This configuration enables a precise control and is particularly suitable for dynamic applications suitable. Another highlight is the BG 42 dGo motor with integrated 4-quadrant controller, which is designed to offer longer battery life in mobile applications thanks to energy savings.

With the BGE 8060 dPro, the company is presenting a 4-quadrant controller with up to 1800 W output power, which can be used both for Brushless and brushed DC motors was developed. Thanks to functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) and support for encoder and brake inputs, the controller offers a flexible solution for demanding drive applications.
