Dunkermotoren, an Ametek brand, will be represented at LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart with its digital brand nexofox and will be presenting the PLG 75 SL ServoLine gearbox, among other products.
Dunkermotoren's digital brand nexofox will be represented at the stand with a new product. nexoLink is a new Basic module for easy integration of all IIoT drives of Dunkermotoren and forms the basis for the Smart Factory. Module extensions within nexoLink are available via Smart Diagnostics and Predictive Maintenance, for example, and are used for sensorless determination of gearbox wear as an indicator of the condition of the overall drive.
The company will also be presenting the PLG 75 SL ServoLine gearbox at the trade fair. nexofox is also making rapid progress in the area of hardware. In addition to the existing external controller BGE 5510 dPro the BGE 8060 joins the controller family dPro - a powerful addition to the portfolio.
Since mid-2023, the Dunkermotoren drive portfolio has offered even more extensive development options for driverless transport systems with the NG 1000 WO hub gearbox. In combination with the BG 95 dPro the overall solution is just 95 mm high and, thanks to the axle offset Vehicles with a minimum width of just 600 mm with a possible total weight of four tonnes. Variants with reduced gear backlash also allow particularly precise positioning of the vehicle.
