The Gluetec Group is expanding its range with the Swift Line series for its own Wiko brand as well as for customers in the contract filling and private label sectors. The design and handling of the new Swift Line 50 millilitre concertina bottle have been improved compared to the previous model.
The Swift Line concertina bottle 50 ml consists of made from a white bottle body with transparent bellows and the Swift Line Cap with transparent and infinitely adjustable outlet including closure seal.
Thanks to the new angular shape, this concertina bottle is easier to hold. Neutral colours such as pure white and transparent were chosen for the new design. This means it fits well for the private label sector and can be easily customised to the customer's corporate design.
The soft, transparent bellows enables the product colour to be seen as well as Also the precise fill level indicator. In contrast to conventional bottles on the market, the new concertina bottle can be emptied almost completely - this means Up to 20 per cent more adhesive utilisation and not a drop is wasted.
The new Swift Line Cap promises simple application. The flow rate can be easily regulated and precisely dosed by turning it continuously. With low viscosity adhesives the dosing quantity can be adjusted by turning the Swift Line Cap. With high viscosity adhesives the dosing quantity is regulated by applying more or less pressure to the bellows.
The closure seal also signals the integrity or breakage of a bottle. It must be removed during the first application.
Starting with the company's own Wiko brand, the All anaerobic adhesives converted to the new Swift Line system. All anaerobic adhesives, such as Wiko threadlockers, are now available in the new bottle. Further new Swift Line bottles in various sizes and for other types of adhesive such as cyanoacrylates (instant adhesives) are already being planned and will follow shortly.
