The semi-automatic M-Flex traysealer from Sealpac, a compact packaging machine, was developed especially for artisan businesses. The Süffa, which takes place from 28 to 30 September 2024, offers the opportunity to get to know this innovative system, which can produce a wide range of modern packaging solutions efficiently and safely. The M-Flex is particularly suitable for Smaller production quantities and frequent product changes.
The M-Flex traysealer enables the processing of different materials such as plastic, aluminium and cardboard and can realise both standard solutions and innovative packaging concepts such as TraySkin, FlatSkin, FlatMap and EasyLid. This flexibility makes the system attractive for companies that require a wide range of packaging.
A central feature of the M-Flex is its Efficient rotation principle, which is a Simultaneous assembly and sealing is made possible. This ensures an optimised working method, especially in smaller businesses, test kitchens or start-ups. According to Sealpac, the unique quick-change mould system significantly reduces changeover times, which further improves the production process.
The M-Flex is equipped with a safety system that ensures that the system can only be put into operation when the appropriate tools are installed.
