At BrauBeviale 2024, the Bluhm Weber Group will be presenting new labelling systems that have been specially developed to meet the requirements of the beverage industry. The company will be presenting labelling, inkjet and laser systems that enable precise and resource-saving product marking.
One of the highlights is the Linx 8940 Spectrum continuous inkjet printer, which is characterised by High precision at printing speeds of up to 10 m/st labelling bottles, cans and packaging. For flexible applications, the Markoprint X1JET LX Ultra inkjet system offers a print height of up to 25.4 mm thanks to the use of 1-inch cartridges. Both printing systems are ideal for fast and precise labelling in beverage production.
The Legi-Air 4050 E labelling system is an Industry 4.0-capable solution and supports beverage producers with an OPC UA-capable controller. Via an LCD touch display, users can View maintenance statuses and diagnostics at any time. The systems can be modularly integrated into existing production processes and ensure reliable content and dispatch labelling.
For comprehensive labelling solutions Bluhm Weber the Geset 700 labelling machine, equipped with coding and inspection systems, which can be seamlessly integrated into production lines. These machines can label a wide range of packaging shapes and can be customised by Flexible modules adapted to different product sizes and requirements labelling machines.
