Today, Roither Maschinenbau GmbH still develops and produces 100 per cent of its entire product range at its headquarters in Seewalchen, Austria. The sibling trio Marlene (Marketing), Philipp (Management) and Lukas Roither (Sales) are responsible for the future of the company. The low fluctuation figures and the many 20, 30 and even 40-year service anniversaries of employees confirm the success of senior boss Franz Roither. He invested in in-house training and further education at an early stage.
