Ergonomics and efficiency often go hand in hand in internal logistics. With its latest developments, EXPRESSO wants to show how both goals can be combined. At FACHPACK 2025 (23-25 September, Hall 7, Stand 652), the Kassel-based company will be presenting mobile lifting and conveying systems designed to facilitate the gripping, lifting, loading and unloading of loads and sustainably optimise processes.

The product family takes centre stage at the trade fair lift2move. The lift2move selective is a cost-effective standard solution for payloads of up to 125 or 200 kilograms. It offers a low-maintenance spindle lifting system, sensor-controlled safety functions and simple operation, including battery packs that can be changed without tools and flexible load holders. The variant lift2move solution is customised to meet individual customer requirements. According to EXPRESSO, it is particularly suitable for complex handling processes and can be designed as a lifting, turning, holding or positioning system. Digital interfaces also enable integration into Industry 4.0 environments.

Focus on digitalisation

With EXPRESSO Connect the company is also showcasing an IoT solution that records production and status data from machines and makes it available in a clearly organised format. According to the provider, the system can be installed quickly, works independently of company networks and allows SMEs to easily get started with digitally supported process optimisation.

The aim of all systems is to make workstations more ergonomic, reduce stress for operators and at the same time increase efficiency and safety in material flows. EXPRESSO emphasises that the investment in the modular solutions can pay for itself on average after around five months.
