With the vacuum tube lifters from the quickLift and heavyLift series, product specialist Timmer is presenting solutions that can be used to lift and lower various goods ergonomically and safely.
The quickLift tube lifter has a one-handed operation that ensures a typical Pick & place handling and enables high cycle rates. It is suitable for lifting goods such as cardboard packaging, bagged goods or boards weighing up to 50 kilograms. The quickLift is optionally available with a 360-degree turntable. This enables optimum positioning of the goods and can be quickly locked in place if required.
The manufacturer also focusses on safety and ergonomics with the heavyLIFT. Even heavy and bulky lifting goods weighing up to 300 kilograms can be handled safely with both hands. It can be seen on site with a special feature: The „swivelling traverse“ operating unit gives the system more mobility. The swivelling traverse is ideal for sheet material, for example (image). The material can be lifted, then swivelled through 90 degrees and placed directly at the storage location.
