At the IPACK-IMA packaging trade fair in Milan, SPL is presenting the Evopallet - a recyclable steel pallet focussing on traceability, automation and resource conservation.
The Italian manufacturer SPL will be presenting at IPACK-IMA 2025 in Milan (27-30 May, Hall 1, Stand A127) the Evopallet - A hot-dip galvanised sheet steel pallet for use in automated logistics processes. The pallet has standard dimensions of 120 x 80 cm and weighs 12.7 kilograms. It can withstand dynamic loads of up to 1500 kilograms and static loads of 4000 kilograms and is designed for temperatures from -50 °C to +300 °C.

The Evopallet is made of non-combustible material and can be fully recycled at the end of its life cycle. A permanently integrated QR code enables digital traceability along the supply chain. The pallet is also available in different colours and can be customised with individual logos.

The steel pallet is compatible with automated systems and designed for use in existing logistics infrastructures. The aim is to provide a durable and efficient alternative to conventional reusable pallets that is also economically viable.
