The Wolford company is positioning itself in the skinwear sector made in Europee. And with the aim of always having its finger on the pulse of the times. The company, which was founded in Bregenz, Austria, in 1950, decided early on to develop a own mouth and nose protection to develop. And that was even before the coronavirus pandemic was felt in Europe. It normally takes a certain amount of time from development to product maturity. In this case, everything was ready for market launch in just under two weeks. Wolford is proud to have realised this in such a short time despite short-time working and working from home.
The Care Mask is made from a soft and breathable material. This makes it very comfortable to wear. The in-house graphics department developed packaging that would do justice to the high-quality product. For the packaging material, the company relied on the support of Sappi Europe. The paper specialist is a long-standing partner of Wolford.

The decision was made in favour of cellulose board Algro Design Advanced from Sappi in the grammage 350 g/m2. After all, it offers maximum colour coverage and brilliance as well as a wide range of finishing options. And thanks to the double-coated top side and the lightly coated reverse side, the material is particularly suitable for Premium packaging.
The high degree of whiteness and the silky-soft touch of the cardboard give the packaging a High-quality, exclusive appearance. The colour brilliance of Algro Design Advanced and the continuous, precise reproduction of sophisticated print motifs meet Wolford's high standards. Thanks to its additional outstanding finishing and processing properties, further processing by creasing, hot foil stamping, varnishing and gluing was also no problem.
