Faller Packaging has initiated the age-related succession of the two Managing Directors Dr Michael Faller and Dr Daniel Keesman: On 1 July 2024, Dagmar Schmidt will join the company's management board to assume responsibility for the entire Faller Packaging Group as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Dagmar Schmidt has a long and successful career in the national and international chemical and packaging printing environment and was most recently CEO of XSYS, a leading provider of integrated solutions for the flexo, book and pre-press market.
„The principle of sustainability is the key element of our corporate policy. This also applies to the long-term planning, orderly and successful filling of key management positions,“ emphasises Dr Michael Faller, who has been managing the business for 33 years. „For this reason, together with the Advisory Board, we have planned and prepared the succession of the company management for the long term,“ adds Dr Daniel Keesman, who has been Managing Director since 2007.
Both will continue to support the company as advisors after the handover of responsibility. Under her aegis, Faller Packaging has developed very successfully and set another sales record in 2023. „We will continue this positive development with Ms Schmidt,“ Dr Faller and Dr Keesman are certain.
