DTM Print is presenting a new solution for the semi-automatic labelling of round and cylindrical containers. The new labeller achieves a higher speed.
The AP380e is significantly faster than the previous AP360e and AP362e models. The Labelling speed increased by around 30 percent. This ensures that labels are applied quickly and precisely and provides a consistently accurate result on a wide range of containers. The newly integrated rewinder optimises operation because the backing material no longer hangs down from the table and collects on the floor, but is wound onto a roll for easy disposal.
The main feature of the AP380e labeller is precise labelling. The AP380e applies labels very precisely and accurately, ensuring a professional appearance for every finished product. Once the labels have been applied, the backing material is wound up directly so that the label can be Do not tangle the carrier tape in the appliance and there is less clutter at times of high capacity utilisation. The higher speed increases the production volume so that more containers can be labelled per hour.
The AP380e contains a Mechanical sensor for recognising the labels which, unlike ultrasonic sensors, can process transparent labels without marking strips. This specially developed sensor has been installed in over 38,000 labellers in the AP series and is known for its durability and reliability with a wide range of label types and thicknesses. The intuitive design of the AP380e makes it easy to operate and ensures smooth labelling.
