Cem Özdemir, Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture, will open Anuga FoodTec, the international supplier fair for the food and beverage industry, on 26 April 2022.
Together with representatives of the organisers, Koelnmesse and the DLG German Agricultural Society as the technical and conceptual sponsor, the Federal Minister will take a tour of the trade fair on the first day of the fair as part of his visit, which will be followed by an opening conference.
With around 1,000 exhibitors from over 40 countries, Anuga FoodTec is the world's leading supplier fair for the food and beverage industry. It takes place every three years in Cologne. In 2021, it had to be postponed to spring 2022 due to the pandemic and will therefore be presented as a „Special Edition“ from 26 to 29 April.
In addition to the presence trade fair, the digital platform Anuga FoodTec @home offers extended opportunities for networking and information.
