Götz Kroeber has been working in the labelling industry since the mid-1990s. In 2012, he joined Domino Deutschland as Sales Manager and has been a member of the management team ever since. Götz Kroeber was appointed as the new Managing Director of Domino Deutschland GmbH with effect from 1 June 2019.
pj: Mr Kroeber, what are the current priorities? in your company?
Götz Kroeber: On the one hand, there is the development of new products. On the other hand, we have a strong focus on the topic of Customer ExperienceWe will continue to optimise customer satisfaction by training our employees and adapting our organisational structure.
We also see the potential to expand the Digital Printing segment with classic labelling applications as the up-and-coming digital inkjet printing is becoming increasingly popular in packaging applications and we see significant benefits for our customers as a result. Our flexible approach to products and services means that we are constantly developing our capabilities in both areas.
pj: What particular challenges did you personally face last year?
Götz Kroeber: 2019 was and is a very special and exciting year for me. I have been Managing Director of Domino Deutschland GmbH since 1 June. I look back positively on the first few months in my new role and - together with my team - I am looking forward to the challenges ahead.
pj: How do you assess the economic situation?
Götz Kroeber: Despite the difficult economic situation, we can look back on a positive company development, which is partly due to our broad market coverage across many sectors. pj: What effects do you expect for Domino Germany?

pj: What do you see as the most important tasks and trends in the industry?

Domino's membership of EuPIA and other key associations means that we consider the risks and carry out exposure assessments in line with internationally recognised scientific principles.
