The mechanical engineering specialist demonstrates maximum precision, flexibility, efficiency and smooth running with the fully automatic servo-driven SEALPAC A7 All-in-One traysealer. The system is suitable for a Broad product range, The SEALPAC TraySkin® , efficiently processes all sealable materials and, depending on the tray type, seals up to 100 packs per minute. With SEALPAC's own quick mould change system and the patented mould change trolley, it can be converted to a wide variety of applications such as TraySkin®, FlatSkin® or MAP within a very short time. FlatSkin® combines the popular skin process, which ensures extended durability and an attractive product presentation, with a plastic reduction of up to 75 per cent. This means that the process has its finger on the pulse in terms of the sustainability required in the industry. It can be used on all SEALPAC A-Series traysealers with FlatSkin® preparation.

SEALPAC is also responding to the industry's call for packaging solutions that offer greater sustainability with EasyLid®: the innovative cup packaging with lid, a joint development by SEALPAC GmbH and Dutch company Naber Plastics B. V., is securely closed in a single operation using unique sealing technology. For this purpose, a special, pre-moulded and patented packaging tray made of PP monomaterial, which has a conventional sealing edge, is fitted with an additional ring.
