Theegarten-Pactec develops and manufactures customised packaging machines for small-piece confectionery and snacks, which are used by manufacturers worldwide. The medium-sized family business offers a selection of over twenty folding types and covers all performance ranges from low-speed (up to 500 pieces per minute) to 2,300 pieces per minute with its continuous high-performance machines - suitable for every market and every requirement.

The high-performance machines from the Dresden-based packaging specialist are characterised by their ease of operation and high flexibility. The packaging systems are Easy to convert to other product formats or folding types. This means that format changes to the product or folding type are possible without long downtimes.

The latest packaging machines for snacks include, for example, the FPC5 machine, which packs products in tubular bags. Within the packaging process paper-based packaging materials as well as modern recyclable monofilms can be used.

Theegarten-Pactec also supplies the BLM cartoner, which is designed for direct connection to the flow-wrapping machine. Developed as a modular and flexible system the BLM processes different product sizes, carton dimensions and product formations in different output ranges. With regard to the product arrangement in the cartons single-row, multi-row, multi-layer and upright pack formations with just one machine possible.

On the iba 2023 (22 to 26 October) in Munich, Theegarten-Pactec will be present at the joint stand of its long-standing cooperation partner Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH, the manufacturer of depositing systems.
