CHEP introduces a new foldable load carrier. The ZirConic container is made from 97 per cent PCR and is particularly suitable for the packaging, adhesives, e-commerce and co-packaging industries. The containers can run in CHEP's pooling cycle and ensure efficiency with their large capacity and foldability.
The design of the ZirConic container is primarily Ergonomic and safety improvements for customers, but also includes many innovative design features that facilitate manual and automated procedures and processes. The container's optimised foldability increases the transport capacity for empty containers and boosts pooling efficiency. In addition, this load carrier from CHEP with an optimised load capacity of 708 litres and 750 kg for greater transport capacity.

The digitisation of the ZirConic container makes shipments visible in their respective supply chains. The data collected provides information on the location of containers, usage patterns and turnaround times, allowing customers to identify opportunities for more efficient utilisation and better manage their business processes. CHEP can also use specific data provided by the customer to create a Life cycle analysis of the CO2-emissions that a company can save by switching to this container.
