TRESU Group, a global supplier of flexographic and packaging printing presses and related systems, has this week appointed Thomas Ellegaard Mohr as Vice President of TRESU Solutions.
Before joining TRESU, Mohr spent ten years in the Danish Navy and also ten years in industry. This included working at Tetra Pak Hoyer as a technical specialist for the installation and commissioning of machines before being promoted to Technical Sales Engineer for the entire product portfolio. Most recently, Mohr worked for the international technology group Andritz as Global Sales & Application Manager and was promoted to European Sales Director for After Market & Capital Equipment.

TRESU's flagship solution is the Flexo Innovator printing press, which is characterised by its high print quality and speed and high modularity. As a complete inline solution for packaging applications, including folding cartons, the Flexo Innovator is now recognised worldwide for its high performance and reliability.

TRESU Solutions also supplies coating units for folding cartons, pouch packaging and hygiene products. The product range of this division also includes coating solutions for inline or nearline configuration with digital printing machines from HP, Xerox and Océ Canon. These systems apply water-based, UV-curing coatings or speciality coatings to one or both sides of the surface. TRESU Solutions also offers the iCut 3000 digital flexo plate cutting system for use with the digital coating units.
