The recognised market leader for digital packaging machines has been relying on its own intelligent machine control system for decades. As a standard component of every TLM packaging machine without a control cabinet, it ensures optimum machine performance over the entire service life and maximum flexibility.

In future, Schubert will be adding a data box to its TLM packaging machines. It is the first stage of the digital platform GRIPS.world, which will improve overall communication and sustainably increase the overall efficiency of packaging lines.

Flowmodule - New tubular bag unit

The flexibility of its high-performance technology is demonstrated with four TLM packaging machines that pack confectionery and cosmetic products (Fig.). In addition to the Flowmodule, the new flow-wrapping unit from Schubert, is a new TLM carton erecting system, which defines a new benchmark in terms of performance and format conversion.

The Schubert Group celebrates a premiere with the presentation of the new Schubert-Cosmetics competence team. Under the umbrella of SPS (Schubert Packaging Systems), the experts for plant construction and engineering consulting, the group of companies is now also bundling its expertise for cosmetics manufacturers.
