Management change at Leuze

Leuze has expanded its management team and expects sales growth. Xavier Hamers will start as the new CEO on 1 April.

Leuze, manufacturer of sensors for automation technology, has expanded its management team. Xavier Hamers will start as the new CEO and Chairman of the Management Board on 1 April. The company also expects a further increase in turnover. 

Leuze will have doubled its sales growth again by 2025. With a Sales increase of 25 per cent the company took another big step towards this ambitious goal in 2022. And the company will continue to invest: in international structures as well as in its employees and new talent. For a year now Helge Held as CFO and Commercial Director and Dr Henning Grönzin as CTO and technical director of the Leuze management.

On 1 April, Xavier Hamers will start as the new CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of the globally operating Leuze electronic Group. Born in the Netherlands, he has a sound technical and business background. He also brings Many years of international sales experience in sales and business development with. His declared goal:

„Technology must be designed and used in a service-orientated way so that it offers our customers real added value and makes them successful in the long term in a constantly changing industry.“.
